Important Update for Parents & Guardians from MySchoolsBucks:
Due to rising payment processing interchange fees and continued increases in operational costs, we’re updating the MySchoolBucks program fee that parents and guardians pay at checkout to $3.25 for all cafeteria credit/debit card prepayments beginning on March 7th, 2024. This adjustment to our program fee for school meals is necessary to continue providing you and your families with the best and most secure online payment experience, while continuing to maintain the highest levels of data privacy.
The program fee is designed to cover the costs of providing the optional MSB services and includes a variety of items, including payment processing costs, live parent and school support, compliance and information security requirements, as well as the software used to manage meal payments.
$$$$$ PARENTS/GUARDIANS: PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN AVOID TRANSACTION FEES BY SENDING YOUR CHILD IN WITH CASH OR A CHECK (Hamburg School Lunch Fund) TO ADD TO THEIR ACCOUNT.

Good Nutrition and School Meals go hand in hand!
The Nutrition Services department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.
Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

Students must select at least 3 food items to qualify as a school breakfast with 1 of the food items being 1/2 cups of fruit or vegetables.
Lunch guidelines require us to offer 5 Components (Milk, Fruit, Vegetable, Whole Grains and Protein). Students must take minimum of three components, one of which must be a 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable.
Special meal accommodations can be made with a medical note from a doctor's office on file stating the allergy/disability and the substitution.
