Our brother and friend, Paul Touris, was a 1978 graduate of Hamburg High School who understood the value of close friends and family. Growing up in a family that cared for many foster children, Paul was an integral part of providing those children a loving start in life.
The deserving candidate will be attending a post-secondary institution with a major in social work, psychology or education. The scholarship award is $750.
